Welcome
Welcome to our website. This site is your window to the work of the voluntary sector in Kent. Here you will find all the information you require if you are seeking to volunteer or if you are an organisation wishing to recruit volunteers. Your organisation may have staff or members of your management committee who require training, support or advice. You will find on this site a comprehensive list of training opportunities across Kent.
There is much activity within the voluntary sector and this is reflected on our news and events pages. Big Society, localism and collaboration are key issues currently and developments will be reported on our pages.
The site is managed by Ashford Volunteer Centre on behalf of Kent and Medway Infrastructure Partnership (KMIP). KMIP’s membership comprises the councils of voluntary service (CVS) and volunteer centres across Kent and Medway. Go to our interactive map for details of the CVS or volunteer centre is your area.
